Utilizing clean agent FM200 (HFC-227ea), the system ensures rapid fire detection and suppression without residue, damage, or downtime.

The system integrates fire detection and extinguishing in one unit through a pressurized tube. When exposed to heat or flame, the tube bursts at the hottest point and releases FM200 directly onto the fire source—achieving precise, automatic fire suppression without electricity or manual intervention.

  First, the fire extinguishing agent delivery tube has the functions of fire detection, fire extinguishing device activation, and fire extinguishing agent release, eliminating the need for fire alarm and detection devices, thereby reducing costs and installation difficulties, and greatly improving the reliability of the fire extinguishing device, avoiding the false operation of electrical control alarm components.

  Second, this device only implements full-coverage fire extinguishing for equipment that has already caught fire, and quickly extinguishes the fire in a point-to-point manner, changing the situation where traditional gas fire extinguishing systems extinguish the entire equipment space regardless of the size of the fire, resulting in slow detection response time and excessive use of fire extinguishing agents.

2. Types of fires that can be extinguished

2.1 The automatic fire extinguishing device filled with heptafluoropropane can be used to extinguish the following fires:
Flammable gas fires that can cut off the gas source before extinguishing;
Fire of Class A, B and C liquids or molten solids such as paraffin and asphalt;
Surface fires of solids and partial deep-position fires of cotton, wool, paper and other solid materials;
Electrical fires.

2.2 The automatic fire extinguishing device filled with heptafluoropropane shall not be used to extinguish the following fires:
Fires of chemical products containing oxidants such as nitrocellulose, gunpowder;
Fires of active metals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, titanium, zirconium;
Fires of metal hydrides such as potassium hydride, sodium hydride.
