Description:
Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea, FM-200) is a colorless, odorless, and non-conductive gas. It is characterized by its cleanliness, low toxicity, good electrical insulation, and high fire extinguishing efficiency. Particularly, it does not damage the ozone layer and has a relatively short residual time in the atmosphere. Its environmental performance is significantly better than that of halogenated alkanes. It is one of the most successfully developed clean gas fire extinguishing agents so far and is regarded as the most ideal product to replace halon 1301 and 1211.
The suspended heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device (electromagnetic type) is composed of a fire extinguishing agent storage tank, electromagnetic drive components, nozzles, pressure display components, and signal feedback components. It can be suspended or fixed on the wall and used in conjunction with fire detectors, manual buttons, alarm bells, sound alarms, fire alarm controllers and other alarm devices. The heptafluoropropane suspended fire extinguishing device features advanced design, reliable performance, simple operation and good environmental protection.

Structural Characteristics:
A type of fire extinguishing device composed of a fire extinguishing agent storage container, container valve, activation release assembly, nozzle, siphon pipe, and suspension bracket (seat), which automatically activates the release of fire extinguishing agent during a fire. The valve design of the suspended gas fire extinguishing device features a large nominal diameter, short release time, and rapid fire suppression. Due to the absence of a pipeline network, its installation is simple, reducing engineering costs while saving space.
The suspended gas fire extinguishing device is a constant-temperature type; when a fire occurs in the protected area, the temperature-sensing component activates, causing the device to release the extinguishing agent. Since the device is installed on the walls surrounding the protected area, it does not occupy floor space.
Installation Precautions:
Our company's suspended fire extinguishing system comes with built-in mounting brackets, ensuring simple and convenient installation. The suspension point of the fire extinguishing device should be located at the most fire-prone position within the protected area or above the equipment requiring protection. The temperature-sensing nozzle of the fire extinguishing device should preferably be positioned approximately 1 meter above the top surface of the protected object, but the installation height from the ground must not exceed 6 meters.
