 Equipment valve body function:

F1 pressure reducing valve Control the pressure of nitrogen entering the system to ensure stable and safe filling process.
F2 pressure relief valve

Precautions:
At present, there is no standardized service life for heptafluoropropane gas. However, we still need to do a good job in the daily maintenance and upkeep of the gas fire extinguishing system. We suggest that the company train personnel to be professionally responsible for this project, and conduct daily appearance and pressure gauge reading checks on the entire system to see if there are any abnormal phenomena. The inspection work should be carried out on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. Every five years, contact the manufacturer to conduct a water pressure strength test on the storage bottles at a pressure of 5.3MPa. Only after passing the test can they be used again. If there is corrosion, damage or any doubt about their safety and reliability, replace them in a timely manner. Under normal circumstances, heptafluoropropane gas cylinders should be replaced every 10 years, and gas cylinders every 5 years.
